PASTORAL TRAINING
INSTITUTE (PTI) |

The Pastoral
Training Institute (P.T.I.) is a department at the Pastoral
Orientation Centre of the Kerala Catholic Bishops' Council. It offers
various courses, seminars and other programmes designed to provide
adult Catholics with adequate knowledge and expertise in Religion and
Life. The entire content and dynamics of the course will provide an
orientation towards one's active participation in the life of the
Church and Society.

I. One Year Residential Theology Course
|
|
 P.T.1.
conducts a One Year Diploma course in Theology for the Laity and the
Religious. Those who successfully complete the course will be awarded
diploma by St.Joseph's
Pontifical Institute, Aluva and Calicut University. Medium of
instruction is Malayalam. The course is residential. The classes will
be taken by experts.
The
aim of the course is to empower the participants to be efficient
leaders in their respective dioceses and congregations
